About Me

Kate: I am a mother of two boys and a passionate school teacher. I taught Prep children in Melbourne for several years before taking family leave. I have now dedicated my 'work time' to developing literacy skills in young preschool children through Road to Reading. By introducing children to pre-reading concepts from a young age we aim to broaden their understanding of language and literacy and help to prepare them for their important first year of school.
